Participation is free of charge. As part of the project, students take part in a series of training sessions including &ldquo;Eco-Entrepreneurship&rdquo;, &ldquo;Soft&nbsp; Skills and communication&rdquo; and &ldquo;Sustainable Development, Sustainable Production Processes and Services&rdquo;. Study visits and workshops in Poland and Norway&nbsp; are also part of the project.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><u>The goals of the project are:<\/u><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">helping students function in the Polish and European labor market&nbsp;<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">help in eliminating&nbsp; language barriers<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">promoting the newest trends on the European market&nbsp;in the production and services sector<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">developing and enhancing soft skills<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">support start-up companies<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">enhance Polish &ndash; Norwegian cooperation<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">reduce social and economic differences in Europe<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">promote green issues related to the climate and natural environment<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n\t\t&nbsp;\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><strong>In order to join and take part in the project you must get acqu<a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a>ainted with the rules and regulations.&nbsp; All the required forms, <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sustman.pwsz.konin.edu.pl\/?page_id=114\"><strong>formularzy<\/strong><\/a><strong><u>,<\/u><\/strong><strong> must be downloaded, completed and submitted in the project office,&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sustman.pwsz.konin.edu.pl\/?page_id=79\"><strong>biurze projektu<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong><br \/>\n\t<strong>Recruitment is open until the end of May 2015<\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Students of all faculties are able to take part in the project &bdquo;SUSTMAN &ndash; Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Development and Production for students at PWSZ Konin&rdquo;.
