About the Project

The project „SUSTMAN – Entrepreneurship, sustainable Development and Production” for students at PWSZ Konin is currently implemented as part of the Scholarship and Training Fund whose operational goal involves the development of Polish Higher Education Institutions from  January 1, 2015 to  May 31, 2016.    It aims at preparing students for the job market. A new interdepartmental mode of study which prepares and trains future graduates to be active in the European labor market is now available for participants of the project.

Students of all faculties are welcome to take part in this project free of charge.  As part of the project, students take part in a series of training sessions including “Eco-Entrepreneurship”, “Soft  Skills” and “Sustainable Development, Sustainable Processes of Production and Services”.  Study visits and workshops in Poland and Norway  are also part of the project.   

During the course, participants will acquire practical skills in starting and running their own business, as well as gain knowledge on being active on the European job market.

The program will create a new interdepartmental mode of study  with 120 hours of workshops in Poland and Norway on Eco-Entrepreneurship, Soft Skills and Communication, Sustainable Development, Sustainable Production Processes and Services.

Students of all faculties are able to take part in this project free of charge. 

Once the project finishes a new program of studies  based on it  will be part of the academic syllabus on offer to potential students of the university.

The project is supported by a grant from Norway through the Norway Grants and  co-financed Polish funds  in cooperation with the  Scholarship and Training Fund, whose operational goal involves: The development of Polish Higher Education Institutions from  January 1, 2015 to  May 31, 2016. Total cost of the project: 703 973 PLN. Subsidized sum: 633 575,70 PLN,  own investment 70 397,30 PLN.
