Method – Program Workshops in Uniejów

As part of the SUSTMAN Project – Entrepreneurship, balanced development and manufacturing for students at the State University of Applied Sciences in Konin, methodological – program workshops were held on site in Uniejów  by the work team on March 26, 2015.  Among the participants were students, academic mentors responsible for didactics and organization, the coordinator in charge of merit – academic cooperation with the Norwegian partners, as well as experts and lecturers from Poland and Norway, including Cezary Wojarski MA, Inge Oystein Moen MA, Professor Tom Johnstad and Professor Torbjorn Skogsrod.

The aim of the two day visit in the geothermal source center, also known as Termy Uniejów, was to get acquainted with the practical aspect of ways of establishing “green workplaces” as well as the pros and cons of such a venture.  Discussions were held on cooperation between the State University of Applied Sciences in Konin and Gjovik University College in Norway in terms of Sustainable development and discovering renewable sources of energy in Norway and Poland.

Students of all departments and faculties are invited to participate in the project.  It is an excellent opportunity to acquire the desired work skills and knowledge in Eco-Development, Soft Skills, Business Plans and starting up and running your own business. Recruitment is open until the end of May 2015.
